Normal-Met has a solid technical expertise to help your technicians design and optimize your products. Certified to ISO 9001, Normal-Met will carefully respect your specifications.
Bolts: from M5 to M24, length from 10 to 200mm. Head types: hexagon, cylindrical, square, countersunk, flat or mushroom head, with square neck, with nib.
Nuts: from M6 to M16: hexagon nuts, weld nuts.
Screws: machine screws, self-tapping screws, thread forming screws. Studs.
Rivets: round head rivets, semi-tubular pan head rivets. Pins and axles.
Special parts from drawing: for various industries: automotive, building, mining, railroad, etc.
Material: carbon steel and alloy steel from class 4.6 to 12.9 (specials on request).
In-house heat and thermo chemical treatments: carbonitriding, hardening and tempering.
Finishing: electrolytic zinc plating with different passivations, without Cr.VI according to RoHS, hot-dip zinc coating, nickel plating, phosphating, lamellar zinc coating. Specials on request.
