We manufacture perforated and embossed sheets, wire meshes and nets, tubular wire mesh, filters and conveyor belts in different metals; over one hundred years of experience in this field have enabled us to specialise ourselves on productions in compliance with customer??s request and drawing.
SHEETS: we can perforate all kinds of metals and plastics by using different technologies: punching, drilling and water jetting, from 0,1 up to 200 mm thickness. These last two technologies enable us to make perforations smaller than the thickness of the plate with centesimal values of tolerance even on very hard materials like stainless steel, hardox and special alloys.
The drilling perforation enables us to make very particular holes like cylindrical, bicylindrical and conical ones which may vary from 0,5 up to 50 mm diameter on a max thickness of 50 mm approx.
WIRE MESHES: we manufacture normal wire cloths and nets with square mesh as well as special ones like plain dutch weave, twilled dutch weave and ??robusta?? wire cloths; from 0,025 mm up to 20 mm wire diameter in high resistance steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, inconel, copper, brass, phosphorous bronze, etc.
We also have a small production of Tubular wire meshes whose width may arrive up to 700 mm.
FILTERS: our metal filters and micro-filters can be realized in wire cloth, perforated sheet, expanded metal and sintered metal powder, in big as well as in small series, on customer??s drawing.
CONVEYOR BELTS: our metal conveyor belts can be made in many different wire meshes and on customer??s request; we also provide the relevant accessories.
CARPENTRY: Thanks to our internal carpentry we can offer our customers further services like cutting, bending, welding, prototyping, painting, etc.

This wide range of products gives us the possibility to satisfy the needs of many different sectors; among them the chemical and petrolchemical industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the filtration industry (oil, gas, water, etc.), the food industry (mills, pasta factories), the building industry and automotive one.
