| AESA is a company dedicated to forging and machining of mainly non ferrous alloys (Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Copper), stainless steel and light alloys (Magnesium, Titanium) The branches in which we are specialized are: AUTOMOTIVE, MOTORCYCLE, RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE, VALVES, INDUSTRIAL COOLING, PLUMBING, HEATING, ELECTRICITY and many others. With more than 35 years of experience AESA has remained constantly attentive to the market changes adjusting to the logistic and technical necessities of our clients.
At present we have facilities of 6.000 m2 with a flexible range of machinery that includes all types of forging presses - capable of executing the most suitable process to each design and type of material -, centres of automatization and transfer machines, CNC lathes, special machines, automated or manual. All this allows us to adapt ourselves to the logistical and technical necessities of our clients.
Modern and flexible machine park allows us offering competitive prices and high quality products. Thanks to innvotive technological solutions and general flexibility we are able not only to produce big quantities but also parts which require complicated machining and special treatment.
In every designing and manufacturing we use CAD/CAM which highly improves designing process and brings full 3D modelling. We are qualified and open to collaborate with our clients on the development of their projects, from the design to the production of the standard pieces, using the most suitable technology to each case. We have a safe, reliable and compatible computer system, and the latest technologies for the execution of the equipment and the prototypes. The interactive web page enables each client, after receiving login and password, to control the state of his project and giving opportunity to share with us current comments and suggestions.
Following our market investigation we have begun an ambitious Project of ??Forging and machining development in structural Light alloys??, colaborating with CDTI (Center of Technological and Industrial Development), which finishes with development of parts forged and machined in alloys of titan and magnesium. Thanks to this project we had a chance to become the 1st company in Spain, one of very few in Europe to forge magnesium, and one of uniques worldwide to combine forging of light alloys together with other alloys.
